Semnificaţii clinice ale terapiei anticolinergice la pacienţii cu bronhopneumopatie cronică obstructivă

Abstract

The aim of this study was the evaluation of iprotropium bromide over several links in the chain of COPD. The results of the study in a group of 30 patients with COPD demonstrated a high efficacy of bronchodilator therapy on the evolution of the main clinical symptoms of the disease, improving both bronchial permeability and lung ventilation.

Целью данного исследования являлась оценка влияния ипратропиума бромида на некоторые звенья развития ХОБЛ. Результаты исследования, проведенного на 30 пациентах с ХОБЛ, позволило нам установить высокую эффективность воздействия ипратропиума бромида на разные патогенетические звенья болезни, улучшая не только проводимость бронхов, но и вентиляцию легких.
