Abstract:
Background. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that can affect any
organ or system. It is found in all geographical areas. The incidence is 1: 10000. About 15% of all
patients must be diagnosed before 18 years. Objective of the study. To represent the particularities of
the systemic disorder in SLE. Material and Methods. The present research was focused on studying
94 electronic files of the Hospital Medical Information System (SIA AMS) of the Public MedicalSanitary Institution Clinical Republican Hospital (IMSP SCR) ”T. Moşneaga ". The discharge records
for the year 2019 were selected from the section Atrology and Rheumatology, that had the diagnosis of
systemic lupus erythematosus after CIM-10 (code M32). Results. 11% (N = 11) and 83% women (N =
88) were in the study. The average age of the people in the hospital with systemic lupus erythematosus
was 51.27 ± 12.43 years. The average diagnostic age of SLE was 44.18 ± 14.22 years. Articular
impairment is found in 98%, neurological affects 58%, hematological affects 88%, serositis 29%, skin
disorders 89%, kidney damage 65%, double-stranded DNA antibodies detected at
70%. Conclusion. LES is a multi-organ autoimmune disease frequently encountered. The average age
of the patients interned with SLE-51.27 and those diagnosed-44.18 years.From a systematic point of
view,most frequently encountered is the articular-98%, hematological-88% and tegumentary-89%
disease. Introducere. Lupusul eritematos sistemic (LES) este o maladie cronică autoimună ce poate afecta orice
organ sau sistem. Se întâlnește în toate zonele geografice. Incidența constituie 1:10000. Aproximativ 15
% din totalul pacienților cu LES sunt diagnosticați înainte de vârsta de 18 ani. Scopul
lucrării. Reprezentarea particularităților afecțiunii sistemice în LES. Material și Metode. Cercetarea
prezentă a fost axată pe studierea a 94 de fișe electronice din (SIA AMS) a (IMSP SCR) „T. Moșneaga”.
Au fost selectate fișele de externare din anul 2019 din secțiile Atrologie și Reumatologie, care aveau
diagnosticul la externare de Lupus eritematos sistemic după CIM-10 (codul M32). Rezultate. În studiu
au fost incluși 11% bărbați (N=11) și 83% femei (N=88).Vârsta medie a pacienților internați cu lupus
eritematos sistemic a fost de 51,27±12,43 ani. Vârsta medie de diagnostic a LES a fost de 44,18±14.22
ani. Afectarea articulară se întâlnește la 98%, afectarea neurologică la 58%, afectarea hematologică la
88%, serozite la 29%, afectarea tegumentară la 89%, afectarea renală la 65%, anticorpi ADN dublu
catenari se depistează la 70%. Concluzii. LES reprezintă o maladie autoimună poliorganică frecvent
întâlnită. Incidența este mai mare la femei.Vârsta medie a pacienților internați cu LES–51,27 iar a celor
diagnosticați–44,18 ani. Din afectarea sistemică, cel mai des întâlnită este cea articulară (98%),
hematologică (88%), tegumentară (89%).
