Aplicarea tehnologiilor digitale în stomatologie (Workshop medical)

Abstract

Sumar. Actualmente, în stomatologie sunt aplicate tot mai larg noi metode digitale în diagnosticarea, tratamentul și monitorizarea pacienților. În cadrul workshop-ului, se vor analiza principiile de aplicare a acestor metode, consecutivitatea protocoalelor clinice, particularitățile clinice din practică. Subiecte abordate:  Documentarea cazurilor clinice prin fotografiere, anchetare și crearea de baze de date digitale. Avantaje. Simularea tratamentelor planificate.  Examinarea imagistică a pacienților (tomografia computerizată cu fascicol conic, cefalometria digitală). Aspecte de evaluare interdisciplinară a datelor radiologice.  Aprecierea funcționalității calitative și cantitative a sistemului stomatognat. Utilizarea sistemelor axiografice. Implicații clinice.  Examenul interdisciplinar al pacienților stomatologici (electromiografia, evaluarea potențialelor evocate, – motorii, senzoriale; studierea reflexelor la nivel de sistem stomatognat etc.). Implicații clinice.  Examenul posturologic (posturografie) al pacienților stomatologici. Implicații clinice.  Aplicarea noilor tehnologii digitale în tehnica de laborator. Protocoale de lucru.  Tendințe curente de digitalizare în medicină. Summary. Currently new digital methods are increasingly applied in dentistry for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients. During the workshop, there will be analyzed the principles of application of these methods, the succession of clinical protocols, clinical features from practice. 94 Topics covered:  Documentation of clinical cases by photographing, questionnaires and establishing digital databases. Advantages. Simulation of the planned treatments.  Imaging examination of patients (computed tomography computed tomography, digital cephalometry). Aspects of interdisciplinary evaluation of radiological data.  Appreciation of the qualitative and quantitative functionality of the stomatognathic system. Use of axiographic systems.
