Abstract:
The treatment tactics in patients with myocardial infarction
in subacute period has rarely presented in international
guides and protocols dealing with acute myocardial infarction. This article presents clinical case that demonstrates
how the restoration of coronary fl ow even in the late period leads to reperfusion of the ischemia site and inhibits
necrosis and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes. This can slow
or even prevent remodilation of the left ventricle, which
can improve the long-term prognosis and reduce the risk
of recurrent heart attack.
