Scheme-standard şi metode noi în tratamentul colitei ulceroase

Summary:

The article reflects current recommendations for the management of ulcerative colitis. The main therapeutic directions and goals of treatment, сlasses of drugs used in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases, indications, and contraindications to their administration are discussed in the work. Regimens for remission induction and maintenance therapy are presented separately. Among the methods of ulcerative colitis management non-pharmacological therapeutic methods, including recommendations for enteral and parenteral nutrition and the possibility of alternative therapy are analyzed.

Статья отражает современные рекомендации по ведению язвенного колита. В работе представлены основные терапевтические направления и цели лечения, подробно рассмотрены классы медикаментов, применяемых в лечении воспалительных заболеваний кишечника, показания и противопоказания к их применению. Отдельно представлены схемы лечения для достижения ремиссии заболевания и тактика поддерживающей терапии. Среди методов лечения пациентов с язвенным колитом проанализированы рекомендации не медикаментозной терапии, в том числе рекомендации по энтеральному и парентеральному питанию больных и возможности альтернативной терапии.
