Date comparative privind evaluarea capacităţilor de comunicare a medicilor de familie şi a persoanelor din lotul-martor

Abstract

Summary. Comparative data on communication skills of family doctor and in the control group. By way of questionnaires were conducted comparative studies on communication and organizational skills of family physicians (n=101) and those from the control group (n=100). The data obtained showed that persons in the group of family physicians compared with those in the control group are more rigid, less mobile in communication, have a lower level of communication skills and organizational skills. It should be mentioned that this difference is observed in groups with different work experience – 0-5 and 21 years and over, so that is not infl uenced by life and professional experience. Moreover the group of family doctors with greater work experience had signifi cantly lower level of government in the process of communication. An important infl uence on communication skills and differences between family doctors and control group it has individual style of behavior. All this shows the need for psychological testing on the admission of persons in educational institutions with medical profi le and continuous training of doctors in compartment for communication with patients.

Резюме. Сравнительные данные по оценке навыков общения семейных врачей и в контрольной группе. C помощью анкетирования были проведены сравнительные исследования по оценке коммуникативных и организаторских навыков в группе семейных врачей (№=101) и в контрольной группе (№=100). Полученные данные показали, что в группе семейных врачей по сравнению с контрольной группой наблюдается большая ригидность и меньшая мобильность при общении, более низкий уровень коммуникативных навыков и организаторских способностей. Обращает на себя внимание тот факт, что это различие выявляется как при стаже 0-5 лет, так и 21 и более лет, то есть не зависит от жизненного и профессионального опыта. Кроме того, в группе семейных врачей с большим стажем работы значительно снижается уровень самоуправления при общении. Существенное влияние на навыки общения и различия между указанными группами лиц имеет индивидуальный стиль поведения. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о необходимости психологического тести- рования при приеме лиц в учебные заведения медицинского профиля и непрерывного обучения врачей коммуникативным и организационным навыкам для более эффективного общения с пациентами.
