Aspecte clinice ale toxocarozei în asociere cu ciroza hepatică virală C (caz clinic)

Abstract

Summary:

Larval toxocariasis caused by Toxocara canis, in humans can take different clinical forms, from the simplest to the most severe. Common for all these forms is the multitude of symptoms and clinical manifestations which will lead to errors in diagnosis and ineffectiveness of treatment with further worsening of the condition. The Toxocariasis is often underestimated, been considered an unimportant concomitant pathology, with the elimination of the importance of this association from the scenario of treatment. For better treatment, it is important to know that Toxocariasis has the ability to disturb the human body’s immune response and exacerbate the development of any concomitant pathologies. The case presented below is important because of the association between Toxocariasis and cirrhosis C – one of the most frequent and important diseases clinically, epidemiologically, and economically in Moldova.

Личиночный токсокароз, вызванный в организме человека Toxocara canis, может принимать различные клинические формы – от самых простых до самых тяжелых. Общим для всех этих форм является многообразие симптомов и клинических проявлений, что обязательно приведет к ошибкам в диагностике и неэффективному лечению, с дальнейшим ухудшением состояния больного. Токсокароз часто недооценивается, считаясь неважной сопутствующей патологией, важность её ассоциации с основной патологией исключается из сценария проведения лечения. Для эффективного лечения, важно знать, что токсокароз способен нарушить иммунный ответ человеческого организма и ухудшает развитие любой сопутствующей патологии. Случай, представленный ниже, важен из-за ассоциации с циррозом печени вирусной этиологии C – одним из наиболее частых и важных заболеваний в Р. Молдова.
