Opinia populaţiei privind calitatea serviciilor stomatologice

Abstract

A special role in the perfection of the dental help, at different stages, belongs to the examination of the results of the populations’ opinion. This official data of major importance can be used for the elaboration of measures oriented in assuring the materiallytechnical base of medical institutions; the practical application of effective forms of organization and fi nancing of dental services; assuring the acces of the population to qualitative medical services. In this work, are presented the analysis and results of the population’s survey concerning the quality of dental assistance offered in state and private medical institutions.

Важную роль в совершенствовании стоматологической помощи имеют результаты изучения мнения населения. Эти данные имеют большое значение и могут быть использованы в разработке мер по улучшению материально-технической базы медицинских учреждений, внедрению в практику эффективных форм организации и финансирования медицинских стоматологических услуг, по обеспечению доступности различных видов качественной медицинской помощи данного профиля. В работе приведены результаты анализа опроса населения о стоматологической помощи, оказанной в государственных и частных учреждениях.
