Analiza mortalităţii populaţiei cauzate de bolile cardiovasculare şi elaborarea unor strategii de intervenţie în vederea reducerii acesteia

Abstract

In accordance with the data base of World Health Organisation, for 2010, it was studied the mortality caused by cardiovascular disease in the Republic of Moldova, countries of the European Union and ex countries of Commonwealth of Independent States. The study was focussed on the mortality caused by circulatory sistem deseases, ischemic diseases and vascular accidents for: all age groups, between 0-64 years old and 65 and more years old. The Republic of Moldova is on the top places regarding population mortality caused by cardiovascular diseases and on the second place after mortality rate registering 731,11/100 000. This data represents 1.9 times more than in the European Countries and 5 times more than in the Netherlands – the country with the most advantageous indicator. The mortality caused by ischemic disease in the Republc of Moldova register the highest level (496,16/100 000), followed by Ukraine (491,91/100 000). According to this data, in our country through this disease dies by 2,8 times more often than in the European Countries and by 12,2 times more than in the Netherlands. Comparing the indicators of the mortality caused by cardiovascular diseases, in the country districts, it was established that the highest level register the district of Dondusheni (1224,7/100 000), and the lowest – Ceadar- Lunga (564,8/100 000).

Изучена смертность по причине заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы в Республике Молдова, ЕС и в странах СНГ, согласно данным ВОЗ за 2010 год. Данное исследование посвящено изучению смертности от сосудистых заболеваний, ишемической болезни сердца и инсульта. Показатели рассчитаны по возрастным группам: 0-64 и 65 лет и старше. Республика Молдова занимает ведущие места по показателям смертности населения от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, где регистрируется 731,11 случаев на 100 000 населения, что является в 1,9 раза выше чем в странах Европейского Союза и в 5 раз выше чем в Нидерландах – стране с наиболее благоприятным показателем. Смертность от ишемической болезни в Республике Молдова имеет самый высокий уровень (496,16/100 000), далее следует Украина (491,91/100 000). Таким образом, в нашей стране от этого заболевания умирают в 2,8 раза чаще чем в странах Европейского Союза и 12,2 раза чаще чем в Нидерландах. Сравнивая показатели смертности от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний в районах нашей республики установлено, что самый высокий уровень зарегистрирован в Дондюшанском районе (1224,7/100 000), а самый низкий (564,8/100 000) – в Чадыр-Лунгском.
