| dc.description.abstract | Summary. The public health impact of obesity. This paper presents the features of obesity’s impact on public health from physical, psychological and socio-economical point of view. The article presents the size and the consequences of overweight on the Moldovan population and on the whole world with the usage of statistical dates of the World Health Organization and the National Bureau of Statistics. In this context, we found that the negative impact of obesity overweight turns into a real public health problem. | en_US |
