Tromboza portală în evoluţia complicaţiilor cirozei hepatice

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of portal thrombosis (PT) in evolution of cirrhotic portal hypertension complication in 352 patients investigated by Doppler ultrasound. Was constated the correlation of the PT with reversal spontan blood flow and decrease of hepatic function. Variceal bleedings and resistent ascites was accompaniated with high rates of the PT. The analisis of postoperative incidence on PT in splenectomizated pts demonstrated it importance in initiation of cirrhotic specifically complications and the necessity on institution of prophyilactic antithrombotic therapy.

Целью данного исследования явилось определение роли портального тромбоза (ПТ) в эволюции осложнений цирроза печени у 352 больных на основании Допплер ультразвукового исследования. Было установлено, что ПТ коррелирует со спонтанной инверсией портального кровотока и снижением функциональных резервов печени. Варикозные кровотечения и резистентный асцит сопровождаются высокой частотой развития ПТ. Анализ случаев послеоперационного ПТ у больных после спленэктомии доказывает его значение в развитии специфичных для цирроза осложнений и необходимость назначения профилактического лечения.
