Rigiditatea arterială şi vârsta omului (studiu analitic)

Abstract

The study examined the cardinal functional characteristics of changes that occur with aging in main vessels, essential factors which contribute to vascular aging, reduce stiffness and increase arterial elasticity by age wear. It closely examines the principles of pharmacological and behavioral change and prevention of vascular aging and therefore to anticipate or exclude a large procession of severe diseases associated or defi ned with hardening of the arterial tree. Particularly, is important the compartment which draws the infl uence on vascular aging as the accumulation of evidences, including genetic signifi cance, that have opened prospects for the foreseeable methods which tend to improve the elastic and dynamic characteristics of the arterial system through which is possible to gain control on cardiovascular diseases.

Данный обзор охватывает функциональные и структурные изменения сосудов, которые происходят по ходу старения человека и характеризуются нарушением и потерей эластичности артерий. Рассматривается фармакологический подход, а также изменения стиля жизни, которые зачастую способствуют тем или иным нарушениям в сосудистом русле. Подчеркивается значимость влияния различных заболеваний на сосудистое состояние и отмечается необходимость вмешательства, так как доказана положительная динамика исходов в ряде заболеваний.
