Tendinţele de sporire a accesului persoanelor asigurate la medicamente compensate în cadrul asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală

Abstract

Summary. Increasing tendences for the acces of insured persons to the compensated drugs from the mandatory health insurance. The compensation of drugs is one of the guarantees granted under the scheme of mandatory health insurance. In this article are presented the study results that provide the persons access to compensated drugs. For this propose have been analyzed the changes of drugs groups included in the list of partially / fully compensated drugs, it was assessed the dynamics of financial resources for purchasing the compensated drugs and the actual expenses. In order to evaluate the geographic access was studied the dynamics of number of pharmacies contracted by the National Health Insurance Company. The studies covered the period from 2005 to 2013.

Резюме. Тенденции повышения доступности застрахованных лиц к получению компенсируемых медикаментов из фондов обязательного медицинского страхования. Компенсирование лекарственных препаратов является одной из гарантий, предоставляемой первичной медицинской помощью в области обязательного медицинского страхования. В статье представлены результаты анализа доступности застрахованных лиц к получению компенсированных медикаментов. С этой целью были рассмотрены изменения, внесённые в список частично/полностью компенсированных медикаментов, была изучена динамика финансовых средств, предназначенных на закупку компенсированных медикаментов и их реальные затраты. Для изучения географической доступности была исследована динамика количества аптек, которые заключили контракт с Национальной компанией меди- цинского страхования. Исследования охватили период с 2005 года по 2013 год.
