| dc.description.abstract | Analysing the surgical treatment results of 87 patients with vertebral scoliotic deformities operated with posterior instrumentation, the main angle of the primary scoliotic arch before surgery was about 61,3±2,7°, the secondary scoliotic arches in the orthostatic position were 42,9±2,3°. The surgical correction of the primary scoliotic arch constituted 34,5±1,7° and of the secondary scoliotic was 23,7±1,5°. Assesed after 4,7±0,4 years, the loss of the intraoperatively obtained correction was 5,02±0,6° for the primary scoliotic arch, and 4,4±0,5° for the secondary scoliotic arch. The incidence of complications after CDI aplyment was 5,7%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Был проведен анализ результатов хирургического лечения у 87 пациентов со сколиотическими деформациями позвоночника. Угол первичной сколиотической дуги составил в вертикальном положении в среднем 61,3±2,7°, а вторичной дуги – 42,9±2,3°. Достигнутая интраоперационная коррекция составила 34,5±1,7° для первичной дуги и 23,7±1,5° для вторичной дуги. Через 4,7±0,4 года потеря достигнутой коррекции составила в среднем 5,02±0,6° для первичной дуги и 4,4±0,5° для вторичной дуги. Доля осложнений составила 5,7%. | ru |
