Tumorile ţesuturilor moi şi ale oaselor bazinului - problemă clinică în activitatea medicilor-oncologi şi traumatologi-ortopezi

Abstract

Malignant soft tissue tumors are a heterogeneous group of neoplasm, with the highest incidence in adults 20 to 50 years of age. Early diagnosis of sarcomas of soft tissue is imperative for adequate treatment. This paper is a review of contemporary literature on clinical evaluation of a patient with malignant soft tissue tumor. The work includes the contemporary (2002) histological and GTNM classifi cation of soft tissue sarcomas. The surgical treatment of bone tumors of the pelvis is considerably lagging behind the other branches of osetooncology. The low surgical activity on this area is caused by anatomic and physiological particularites of the pelvis, the presence of multiple great vessels and nerve trunks, specifi c topography of the organs in the pelvic cavity and presence of numerous massive muscles.

Саркомы мягких тканей составляют 1% злокачественных опухолей у взрослых. Чаще поражаются лица работоспособного возраста от 20 до 50 лет. Прогрессивная эволюция данных опухолей и большая гистологическая вариабельность подчеркивают необходимость ранней диагностики сарком мягких тканей. Данная работа основана на изучении современной литературы по специальности. Отображены современные методы клинической диагностики, инструментального исследования и предложен алгоритм диагностики сарком мягких тканей.
