Optimizarea activităţii de educaţie pentru sănătate şi de promovare a modului sănătos de viaţă în condiţii socioeconomice noi

Summary:

Population health depends greatly on conditions and lifestyle. Reforming of prophylaxis activity, including education of health activity and promoting of a healthy lifestyle (EH and PHLS) is dictated of the necessity to reduce unproductive costs, inclusively of the health system, the increasing of prophylactic measures efficiency. The morbidity dynamics of the population has been studied through main nosological forms based on medical-demographic indices for a 10 years period, the level of spreading of harmful habits (bad) among the population. An estimation of the population’s knowledge through questioning concerning risk factors, that may influence the health state, the main sources from which the population obtains information to appreciate priority directions in organizing education measures for EH and PHLS. The studies confirmed the severe situation concerning the population’s health and the high level of behavioral habits. It was assessed and appreciated the role and determined the place of the Service for health education (SHE) and PHLS in achieving health-promoting strategies, and priority directions elaborated and reasoned the organizational basic principles of EHE and PHLS. A set of legislative papers of projects was worked out normative anes in EHE and PHLS, optimal models of the structure and normative functions of the SEH and PHLS. The results of the study will serve as the basis for the ongoing reforming of the activity of education for health and promoting a healthy lifestyle at different levels.

Здоровье населения во многом зависит от условий и образа жизни. Реформирование в области профилактики, в т.ч. в области медико-гигиенического воспитания и формирования здорового образа жизни (МГВ и ФЗОЖ), диктуется необходимостью сокращения непродуктивных расходов, в т.ч. в системе здравоохранения, увеличения эффективности профилактических мер. Были изучены демографические показатели и динамика показателей заболеваемости населения по основным нозологическим формам за 10-летний период; уровень распространенности вредных привычек среди населения, знаний населения о факторах риска, влияющих на здоровье; основные источники получения информации для определения приоритетных направлений по организации мер МГВ и ФЗОЖ. Исследования подтвердили тяжелую ситуацию в сфере общественного здоровья и высокий уровень неблагоприятных для здоровья поведенческих привычек. Были проведены оценка и определены роль и место МГВ и ФЗОЖ в реализации стратегий по формированию здоровья, определены приоритетные направления, разработаны основные принципы организации деятельности по МГВ и ФЗОЖ. Проведена оценка существующей структуры и задач системы МГВ и ФЗОЖ на различных уровнях оказания медицинской помощи, разработан пакет проектов законодательных, нормативных документов в области МГВ и ФЗОЖ.
