Evoluţia metodelor de investigaţie imagistică ale sistemului locomotor în Republica Moldova în anii 2000-2010

Abstract

Summary. The Development of the Imagistic Investigations of the Locomotor System in the Republic of Moldova for the period 2000-2009. The present paper analyzes the radiographic and ultrasonic methods in the examination of the locomotor system for 2000-2009 (ultrasound images are examined for the period 2003-2009). The conventional radiographic technique is the prevalent method in the investigation of the locomotor system, and the adoption of new diagnostic methods improves radiology practice in the Republic of Moldova. The use of echography in the examination of patients with suspicion of locomotor pathology promotes enhancement of radiation protection and security of medical staff and society as a whole. Moreover the use of photofluorography and fluoroscopy in the examination of the locomotor system are not in compliance with the national and international standard requirements.

Резюме. Эволюция лучевых методов исследования опорнодвигательного аппарата в Республике Молдова в 2000-2009 г.г. Работа включает в себя данные о рентгенографических и ультразвуковых методах исследования опорно-двигательного аппарата в 2000-2009 г. г. (ультразвуковые методы исследования приводятся за 2003-2009 г.г.). Традиционная рентгенография является преобладающим методом исследования опорно-двигательной системы, а внедрение новых методов исследования повышают качество лучевой диагностики в Республике Молдова. Использование эхографии в исследовании больных с подозрением на патологию опорно-двигательной системы способствует повышению уровня радиационной защиты и безопасности медицинского персонала и населения. В то же время, применение флюoрографии и рентгеноскопии в исследовании опорно-двигательной системы противоречит требованиям национальных и международных стандартов.
