Starea de sănătate a copiilor din instituţiile preşcolare şi preuniversitare din R. Moldova în perioada 2006-2010

Summary:

The study reflects the health of children in preschool and preuniversity institutions. During 2006-2010 there was an increase in general morbidity in preschool and school children. Also, for the period 2006-2010, there were differences in the health of pupils in pre-university institutions as compared with children in preschool institutions, with increased chronic morbidity as age advances among children in pre-university institutions. The factors that have led to the development of morbid states among children are the following: non-compliance with the microclimate parameters (low temperatures in study rooms), the low level of artificial lighting, overloaded educational process, schools operating in two sessions, with a 5-minute break, which makes it harder to organize, classrooms equipped with furniture inappropriate to age and size of children, an incorrect classroom seating arrangement, altered nutritional balance.

Материал отражает состояние здоровья детей в дошкольных и школьных учреждениях Республики Молдова. Общая заболеваемость детей дошкольного возраста, как и школьников в период 2006-2010 г. имеет тенденцию к росту. Состояние здоровья школьников отличается от детей дошкольного возраста в этом периоде. С возрастом хроническая заболеваемость среди школьников увеличивается по сравнению с детьми из дошкольных учреждений. Факторы, которые привели к появлению болезненных состояний среди детей, следующие: несоответствие параметров микроклимата (низкая температура в помещениях), низкий уровень искусственного освещения, перегрузка воспитательного процесса, деятельность школьных учреждениях в две смены, длительность перемены 5 минут, отсутствие мер по закаливанию, оснащение кабинетов мебелью, несоответствующей возрасту и росту детей, и неправильное их расположение, несбалансированное питание.
