Posibilitatea de utilizare a testului ELISA în supravegherea echinococozei în Republica Moldova

Summary:

The analysis of the presence of IgG anti-E. granulosus using ELISA revealed a positivity rate of 3.0 percent with a range between 1.2 percent in Orhei and 9.2 percent in Telenesti. There was no a significant difference in the distribution of seropositivity among men and women, their share being 51.0 and 49.0 percent respectively. Evaluation of results by the type of activity shows that there is no relationship between the type of activity and rate of seropositivity. Many positive results were found among patients in the age group 30-50. Of the 51 positive results in ELISA test, only 5 patients were confirmed by the Western Blot test.

Обследование на наличие антител к E. granulosus при помощи теста ELISA обнаружило 3% положительных результатов, в диапaзоне от 1,2% в районе Орхей до 9,2% в Теленешть. Не было обнаружено выраженной зависимости между положительными результатами среди мужчин и среди женщин, что составило соответственно 51,0% и 49,0%. Не выявлена зависимость между родом деятельности и долей положительных результатов. Наибольшее количество серо-позитивов приходится на возрастную группу 30-50 лет. Из 51 положительных результатов, полученных при помощи теста ELISA, 5 были подтверждены в тесте Иммуноблот.
