Abstract

Summary. Assessment of health status of children born in families of the Chernobyl Nuclear Accident. The study of the effects of health and the psychological and social rehabilitation of the children PDCNCA in the period 1996-2010 reveals compromised immune status and the decrease of the mains health indicators. PDCNCA health status of the children is characterized by a high level of general morbidity, primarily psychosomatic, compared with the general population, a significant frequency of the chromosome aberrations are due to the influence of a large number of endogenous and exogenous factors, most significant exposure to irradiation of the father.

Резюме. Изучение состояния здоровья детей, рожденных в семьях участников ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС. Изучение состояния здоровья, психологической и социальной реабилитации детей в период 1996-2010 г.г. показывает компрмиссный иммунный статус детей и снижение главных показателей их здоровья. Состояние здоровья детей характеризуется высоким уровнем общей заболеваемости, в первую очередь психологической, относительно всего населения, хромосомными аберрациями вследствие влияния значительного числа эндогенных и экзогенных факторов, особенно в зависимости от степени облученности отца.
