Abstract

Summary. Management of medical aid provided to participants at the Chernobyl Atomic Electric Power Station catastrophe consequences liquidation. The Chernobyl nuclear disaster is a bleeding wound. This fact is confirmed by the health condition of the participants at the AEP Chernobyl catastrophe consequences liquidation. It is expressed by the increase of the number of chronic diseases and cancer. The multitude of associated diseases diagnosed in these patients and evolution of such diseases implies the need to apply a complex long-term and expensive medical treatment.

Резюме. Организация медицинской помощи участникам ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС Чернобыльская катастрофа остается кровоточащей раной, что подтверждается состоянием здоровья участников ликвидации последствий на Чернобыльской атомной станции, значительным увеличением числа хронических и онкологических заболеваний. Множество сопутствующих заболеваний, диагностированных у этих пациентов, и их эволюция требуют комплексного долгосрочного и дорогостоящего медикаментозного лечения.
