Клинико-энцефалографическое исследование астенического синдрома в динамике у лиц участвовавших в ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС

Abstract

Summary. Clinical and electroencephalography study in aesthetic syndrome in the dynamics to participants at the Chernobyl Atomic Electric Power Station catastrophe consequences liquidation. The article is devoted to the analysis of dynamics of aesthetic syndrome and electroencephalography indicators during the 25 years after the Chernobyl nuclear power station accident. Four stages of syndrome development were segregated. The clear correlation between the course of mental disorder and electroencephalography indicators was discovered. This made it possible to determine the intensity and weight of pathological processes and conduct the effective timely treatment.

Rezumat. Еxaminările clinico-encefalografice ale evoluţiei sindromului astenic la partcipanţii la lichidarea consecinţelor avariei de la CAE de la Сernobâl. Articolul prezintă analiza dinamicii sindromului astenic şi a indicatorilor electroencefalografiei în perioada de 25 de ani după accidentul de la Centrala Atomoelectrică de la Cernobâl. Au fost determinate patru etape de dezvoltare a sindromului. A fost evidenţiată legătura pronunţată dintre starea sănătăţii mentale şi indicii electroencefalografiei. Astfel, a fost posibilă determinarea intensităţii şi cotei proceselor patologice şi realizarea tratamentul eficient şi oportun.
