Установление количественных взаимосвязей в системе условия труда – поведенческие факторы риска – состояние здоровья

Abstract

Cercetarea abordează o problemă actuală – protecţia şi îmbunătăţirea sănătăţii minerilor prin studierea influenţei factorilor comportamentali asupra sănătăţii muncitorilor în condiţii nefavorabile de muncă. Au fost evidenţiaţi factorii de risc comportamentali principali care, de rând cu influenţa factorilor mediului industrial, măresc riscul dezvoltării patologiilor pulmonare şi neurologice şi micşorează potenţialul de adaptare a muncitorilor. În baza rezultatelor obţinute au fost elaborate şi implementate standardele activităţilor profilactice la nivelul asistenţei medico-sanitare în această industrie şi modelul organizaţional complex al profilaxiei maladiilor, în vederea formării unui mod sănătos de viaţă.

The present research dedicated to the topical questions – a health protection and health improvement for coal mining workers by studying the influence of behavioral risk factors on the worker’s health status against the background of unfriendly work conditions. The ranking has been conducted and basic behavioral risk factors have been specified. The research shows that these factors as well as work conditions increase the risk of pulmonary and neurological pathologies and decrease the index of adaptive potential among workers. On the basis of the research the standards of preventive activity for industrial medical department and a complex organizational model for diseases prevention and healthy lifestyle development have been developed and introduced.
