Abstract

Summary. This article describes most important aspects of Penthrox’ pharmacology. Also, are presented indications, contraindications, adverse effects, patient safety and phamacoeconomic aspects of Penthrox’ analgesia. Also, is explaned how to use Penthrox Inhaler. In conclusion, the authors argued the penthrox’ potential of use for pain relief in internal medicine.
