Aportul examinărilor imagistice în diagnosticul şi evaluarea pacienţilor cu disfuncţie erectilă

Abstract

Complex ultrasound examination is needed to determine the possible causes of erectile disorders occurrence: for differential diagnosis between vascular and psychogenic erectile dysfunction, assessingment of the pathology severity. The pharmacodopplerography is the basic method to determine vascular causes of penile erectile dysfunction. The study included 580 patients with erectile dysfunction. Transabdominal or transrectal ultrasound contributed in diagnosing the organic causes of erectile dysfunction in 470 (81%) patients. We performed penile pharmacodopplerography in 139 patients and found vascular causes of erectile dysfunction in 97 (70%) patients. The use of penile pharmacodopplerography is justified for the differential diagnosis of erectile dysfunctions and evaluation of the algoritm of conservative or surgical treatment.

Комплексное ультразвуковое исследование необходимо для определeния причин эректильных расстройств и дифференциального диагноза между васкулогенной и психогенной эректильной дисфункции и оценки тяжести патологии. Основным методом определения сосудистых причин эректильной дисфункции является фармакодопплерография. В исследование были включены 580 пациентов с эректильной дисфункцией. Ультразвуковое исследование помоглo выявить органические причины эректильной дисфункции у 470 (81%) больных. Фармакодопплерография сосудов половогo членa была выполнена 139 пациентам. У 97 (70%) больных были выявлены сосудистые причины эректильной дисфункции. Применение фармакодопплерографии оправдано при проведении диференциальной диагностики и выборе оптимального алгоритма лечения эректильной дисфункции.
