Impactul volumului de finanţare a serviciilor medicale asupra indicatorilor principali ce reflectă starea medico-demografică a R. Moldova

Abstract

Summary. This article focuses on the data revealing the population’s health state and the health system’s level of financing in Republic of Moldova during the last years. In this study were used statistic data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova collected between 2004-2008. In the course of this research it was established that the financing of the health system in Republic of Moldova doesn’t cover basic medico-demographic figures. This led to the conclusion that in order to reach the maximum effect from the allocated means, it is necessary to use available resources in a rational way.

Резюме. В статье проанализированы показатели, характеризующие состояние здоровья населения и уровень финансирования системы здравоохранения Республики Молдова за последние годы. В работе использованы статистические данные Министерства Здравоохранения Р. Молдова за период с 2004 по 2008 год. В ходе исследования был выявлен стабильный уровень финансирования здравоохранения республики, который не всегда соответствует динамике основных медико-демографических показателей. Это позволяет сделать вывод, что для достижения максимального эффекта от выделяемых средств необходимо рациональное использование имеющихся ресурсов.
