Importanţa principiilor activi ale uleiurilor vegetale în realizarea efectului regenerator

Abstract

Regenerative and cell-protective effect of vegetable oils is due to the rich composition of biologically active substances: tocopheroles, flavonoides, aminoacids, fats insaturateds acids, chlorophyll pigment, that present deep antioxidative action substances ,which contribute to the modification of the oxidative stress, especially diminish prooxidative process and intensify the antioxidative ones. Thus, these substances participate in the synthesis of prostaglandines and phosfolipides in the cell membrane's structure. Thus, the last intensify the protective mechanisms of mucoses and the skin.

Efectul regenerator şi citoprotector al uleiurilor vegetale se datoreşte componenţei bogate în substanţe biologic active: tocoferoli, flavonoizi, aminoacizi, acizi graşi polinesăturaţi, pigmentul clorofilei, care reprezintă substanţe cu acţiune antioxidantă pronunţată, contribuie la modificarea stresului oxidativ, în special, prin diminuarea proceselor prooxidante şi intensificarea celor antioxidante participă la sinteza prostaglandinelor şi fosfolipidelor din structura membranelor celulare şi astfel, intensifică mecanismele de protecţie din mucoase şi piele.
