Sisteme de evaluare ale performanțelor farmacistului în cadrul farmaciilor comunitare

Abstract

Rezumat. Acest studiu reprezintă o cercetare analitică observațională, care urmează a fi realizată prin intermediul online - platformei Google Forms. În cadrul studiului urmează să se depisteze sistemele de evaluare ale performanțelor farmacistului în Republica Moldova. Aceste rezultate vor reprezenta metode şi tehnici de evaluare a performanţei angajaţilor, analiza procesului de administrare a personalului în cadrul farmaciei comunitare, analiza sistemului de evaluare a performanţelor profesionale ale angajaţilor la etapa actuală, implementarea sistemului de evaluare a performanţelor la nivel individual, identificarea măsurilor de ameliorarea a sistemului de evaluare a performanţelor profesionale ale farmaciștilor.

Abstract. This study represents an observational analytical research, which will be carried out in the online - Google Forms platform. The study will identify the systems for assessing the performance of the pharmacist in the Republic of Moldova. These results will represent methods and techniques for evaluating employee performance, analyzing the staff management process in the community pharmacy, analyzing the system for evaluating the professional performance of employees at the current stage, implementing the performance appraisal system at the individual level, identifying measures to improve the system for evaluating the professional performance of pharmacists.
