Coagulopatii la pacienţii cu patologii hepatice

Abstract

The liver is the site for synthesis of most coagulation factors, so it plays a pivotal role in hemostasis system. Liver pathologies frequently accompanied by disturbances in the coagulation system, which can cause complications such as bleeding or thrombotic. This article is the synthesis of the literature data on the mechanisms of hemostasis disorders in patients with liver diseases and possibility to assessment of complications risk. Recent work by many talented investigators has opened the door in new clinical laboratory testing paradigms that have promise for future breakthroughs.

Печень является местом синтеза большинства факторов свертывания, таким образом играет ключевую роль в системе гемостаза. Патологии печени часто сопровождаются нарушениями в свертывающей системе, которые могут вызвать кровотечения или тромботические осложнения. Эта статья является синтезом литературных данных о механизмах нарушений гемостаза у больных с заболеваниями печени и возможностей оценки риска появления осложнений. Последние работы многих талантливых исследователей открыли дверь для новых клинических лабораторных испытаний, которые могут быть основой для будущих прорывов.
