Perspectivele utilizării nitrofuranilor în tratamentul plăgilor

Abstract

Rezumat. Tratamentul plăgilor este bazat pe capacitatea medicamentului de a scădea încărcătura bacteriană, de a reduce edemul și exudatul, stimulând formarea țesutului de granulație și celulelor endoteliale. În articol se analizează datele literaturii de specialitate cu privire la utilizarea derivaților de nitrofuran în procesul de vindecare a acestor leziuni de natură traumatică. Nitrofuranii sunt compuși heterociclici organici care posedă acţiune antibacteriană, formele farmaceutice ale cărora exercită efect farmacologic scontat semnificativ și rapid în tratarea plăgilor purulente. Studiul recepturii extemporale a secției de producere a CFU ,,Vasile Procopișin” a evidențiat folosirea pe larg atât a formelor farmaceutice lichide cât și semisolide cu conținut de nitrofurani, în instituțiile curativ-profilactice din R. Moldova. Utilizarea medicamentelor din grupul nitrofuranilor în tratamentul plăgilor infectate facilitează mult farmacoterapia.

Abstract. The treatment of wounds is based on the ability of the drug to lower the bacterial load, reduce edema and exudate, stimulating the formation of granulation tissue and endothelial cells. The article analyzes the data of the specialized literature on the use of nitrofuran derivatives in the healing process of these injuries of a traumatic nature. Nitrofurans are organic heterocyclic compounds that possess antibacterial action, the pharmaceutical forms of which exert significant and rapid pharmacological effect in treating purulent wounds. The study of the extemporaneous prescriptions from production department of University Center of Pharmacy „Vasile Procopișin” highlighted the widespread use of both liquid and semi-solid pharmaceutical forms containing nitrofurans, in curativeprophylactic health institutions of the Republic of Moldova. The use of drugs from the nitrofurans group in the treatment of infected wounds greatly facilitates pharmacotherapy.
