Lucrarea prezentă „Cercetarea metodelor de modificare a acidului hialuronic” este dedicată studiului interacțiunii acidului hialuronic (AH) cu glicidil 2-acetoxibenzoat sau cu 2-acetoxibenzoil clorhidrat. Cercetarea metodelor de conjugare a AH cu unii derivaţi ai acidului salicilic, inclusiv aspirina, a fost efectuată pentru a obţine noi produse farmaceutice. ro

The present work „Research Methods of Modification of Hyaluronic Acid” deals with the study of the reaction of hyaluronic acid (HA) with glycidyl 2-acetoxybenzoate or with 2-acetoxybenzoyl chloride. Research of conjugation methods of HA with some derivatives of salicylic acid, including aspirin, was made in order to obtain new pharmaceutical materials. en_US
