Elaborarea serviciului de notificare a cosumatorilor de medicamente

Abstract

Rezumat. În prezenta lucrare drept scop a fost stabilit argumentarea necesităţii şi elaborarea serviciului farmaceutic avansat „Notificarea consumatorilor de medicamente”. În calitate de materiale au servit rezultatele chestionării consumatorilor de medicamente la capitolul necesităţii existenţei unui serviciu de notificare, care ar întreţine procesul de utilizare raţională a medicamentelor. Chestionarea a fost realizată prin intermediul sistemelor electronice. Totalizarea chestionarelor a inclus părerile a 126 consumatori de medicamente. În procesul de elaborare a sistemului automatizat de NCM au fost utilizate: Hardware – Calculator marca Hewlett-Packard; Software – Eclipse Jee Neon (Eclipse Java EE IDE pentru dezvoltatori WEB, versiunea Neon.2 Release, dezvoltat prin proiecte open-source); Limbajul de programare – Java. S-a evidenţiat atitudinea consumatorilor de medicamente faţă de administrarea/ neadministrarea corectă/incorectă a medicamentelor şi s-a stabilit necesitatea elaborării unui serviciu farmaceutice de notificare a consumatorului de medicamente. S-a elaborat un Sistem Automatizat de Notificare a consumatorului de medicamente şi serviciul farmaceutic corespunzător.

Abstract. The purpose of this paper was to establish the argumentation of necessity and developing of the advanced pharmaceutical service „Notification of medicines consumers”. As materials, the results of the questioning of the consumers of medicines were served as to the need for a notifying service that would support the rational use of medicines. Questioning was conducted through electronic systems. The totalization of the questionnaires included the views of 126 medicines consumers. In the process of developing the automated notification system were used: Hardware - Hewlett-Packard computer; Software - Eclipse Jee Neon (Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers, version Neon.2 Release, developed through open-source projects); the programming language - Java. The attitudes of medicines consumers to the correct / incorrect / unmanaged administration of medicinal products have been highlighted and the need to develop a pharmaceutical service of medicines notification has been established. An Automated Notification System for the Consumer of Medicines and the corresponding pharmaceutical service has been developed.
