Analiza densității amplasării farmaciilor în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Rezumat. Articolul prezintă o analiză a situației actuale a segmentului de retail al pieței farmaceutice a Republicii Moldova. A fost studiat gradul de concentrare şi densitate a farmaciilor şi filialelor din raioanele Republicii Moldova. S-a constatat că din structura generală a întreprinderilor farmaceutice din Republica Moldova, capitalei Chişinău îi revin aproximativ 25%. În cercetare este reprezentat ratingul raioanelor din Republica Moldova prin indicatorul «numărul mediu de locuitori per farmacie şi filială». S-a dovedit că, în 2016, acest indicator pentru Republica Moldova a constituit 1773 de locuitori. În perioada 2011 – 2016, numărul mediu de locuitori per întreprindere farmaceutică din Republica Moldova a scăzut cu 1,22%. Gradul de concentrare şi densitate a întreprinderilor farmaceutice din raioanele Republicii Moldova este eterogen. Aceste date depind, în primul rând, de numărul de întreprinderi farmaceutice din raioanele Republicii Moldova, precum şi de suprafața unui anumit raion.

Abstract. This article presents an analysis of the current state of the retail segment of the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Moldova (RM). It was studied the degree of concentration and density of pharmacies and their subsidiaries in the districts of the Republic of Moldova. It was found the town Chisinau accounts for about 25% of the pharmaceutical organizations of the Republic of Moldova. The research presents the rating of the districts of the Republic of Moldova by “average number of residents per 1 pharmacy and subsidiary”. It turned out that in 2016 this indicator for the Republic of Moldova was 1773 inhabitants. In the period from 2011 to 2016, the average number of inhabitants per pharmaceutical organization in the Republic of Moldova decreased by 1.22%. The degree of concentration and density of pharmaceutical organizations in the districts of the Republic of Moldova is heterogeneous. These data primarily depend on the number of pharmaceutical organizations in the districts of the Republic of Moldova, as well as on the area of a particular district.
