Etica farmaceutică prin prisma studentului farmacist

Abstract

Introducere. Etica medicală si cea farmaceutică reprezintă un sistem de principii morale, bazate pe un set de valori pe care specialiştii din domeniu trebuie să le respecta şi aplice în activitatea sa. Scopul lucrării. Evaluarea importanţei principiilor etico-deontologice în activitatea farmaceutică în opinia studenţilor din cadrul Facultăţii de farmacie. Material şi metode. Chestionarea 200 de studenţi ai facultăţii de farmacie, anul I şi II de studii. Analiza planurilor şi m etodelor de instruire în domeniul eticii farmaciştilor din ţările UE. 3 3 Rezultate. Analiza com parativă a opiniei studenţilor facultăţii de Farmacie din anii I şi II denotă importanţa asigurării viitorilor specialişti cu discipline în domeniul eticii farmaceutice şi comunicării, cu însuşirea şi respectarea prevederilor Codului cadru de etică (deontologic) al lucrătorului medical şi farmaceutic, precum şi a Codului Deontologic al farmaciştilor din RM. Calitatea actului farmaceutic realizat în cadrul farmaciilor com unitare este afectat de atitudinea specialiştilor-farmacişti, influenţa incorectă din partea patronilor nefarmacişti şi cointeresarea materială pentru vânzări majore (90,0%). Concluzii. Este importantă şi necesară instruirea continuă în domeniul eticii şi implicarea Asociaţiei Farmaciştilor în monitorizarea respectării eticii şi deontologiei profesionale.

Introduction. The aim of the study. Evaluating the importance of ethical and deontological principles in pharmaceutical activities based on the opinion of students from the Faculty of Pharmacy. Material and methods. Surveys of 200 students from the Faculty of Pharmacy, which are in their 1st and 2nd years of study. Analysing the education plans and methods, used in the ethics domain for pharmacists from European Union. Results. The comparative analysis, about opinion of students from the 1st and 2nd years of studies, denotes the importance of ensuring future specialists w ith disciplines in the area of pharmaceutical ethics and communication, adopting and complying with the clause of Basis Code of Ethics of the medical and pharm aceutical employee, as w ell as the Code of Ethics for pharmacists from the Republic of M oldova. The quality of the pharmaceutical acts which take place in community pharmacies is affected by the attitude of pharmacist-specialists, the improper influence from the non-pharm acist employer and financial incentives to increase sales (90,0%). Conclusions. It is important and necessary continuing education in ethics, involving Pharmacists A ssociation in monitoring compliance with professional ethics and deontology.
