dc.description.abstract Rezumat.
dc.description.abstract Abstract. The professionalism of the pharmaceutical cadres is one of the basic requirements for human resources, being determined not only by the training of the specialist during the university studies, but also by the continuous improvement throughout the professional activity. In the Republic of Moldova, this provision is regulated by the Education Code, the Law of Health Protection and the Law of Pharmaceutical Activity. The analysis of the legislation in this field, worldwide, demonstrates that the postgraduate training of the pharmacist specialist is very strictly regulated and the decisive role in the monitoring and evaluation of the pharmacist belongs to the professional associations, the final decision of which allows or does not to carry out the professional activity. The Pharmacists' Association from Republic of Moldova does not have the legal right to surveil the improvement and the final evaluation of the pharmacist for his attestation with the right to practice. en_US
