Abstract:
Raman spectra were studied in layered ZnXIn2S3+X single crystals (x = 1, 2, 3) in the range of 10 ÷ 400 cm-1 under the laser excitation using several laser frequencies. Polarized spectra were obtained for ZnIn2S4 at the temperatures of 77 and 300 K. The results were interpreted taking the proper account of the data of X-ray analysis. The peculiarities of vibration spectra were elucidated on the basis of various structural location of In and Zn atoms in the voids of tetrahedral and octahedral packages in the three studied materials.
S-au studiat spectrele de împrăştiere combinată a luminii ale monocristalelor compuşilor stratificaţi ZnxIn2S3+x (x=1, 2, 3) în domeniul frecvenţelor 10 ÷ 400 cm-1 la excitare cu linii spectrale laser. Pentru compusul ZnIn2S4 au fost ridicate spectrele în lumină polarizată la temperatura de 77 şi 300 K. Rezultatele s-au interpretat ţinîndu-se cont de analiza rentgenostructurală. Au fost interpretate particularităţile spectrelor vibraţionale prin poziţia structurală a atomilor de Zn şi In.
