Unele aspecte structurale şi fitochimice ale speciei Cynara Scolymus L. din colecţia Centrului de Cultivare a Plantelor Medicinale a USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu”

Abstract

Globe artichoke plant Cynara scolymus L. (Asteraceae) was introduced in the collection of the Center of Cultivation of Medicinal Plants of SUMF “Nicolae Testemitanu” in 2003 year. The macroscopical description of the plant and microscopical investigation of the leaves have been effectuated. The diagnostic microscopical characteristics of leaves have been determined. Lamina is dorso-ventral, amphystomatic with anomocytic stomata. Epidermis develops protective and glandular hairs. Mechanical tissues collenchyma and sclerenchyma are present in lamina and petiole. The phenilpropanic derivates of C.scolymus was examinated. The caffeic and the chlorogenic acids were determined qualitatively by using of chromatografic method. The total of phenilpropanic compounds (0,241–0,348 mg/ml) was determined spectrophotometrically.

Anghinaria C.scolymus L. (Asteraceae) a fost introdusă în colecţia Centrului de Cultivare a Plantelor Medicinale a USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu” în 2003. S-a efectuat descrierea morfologică a plantei şi studiul microscopic al frunzelor de anghinarie. S-au determinat caracteristicile microscopice diagnostice: limb foliar de tip dorso-ventral, amfistomatic cu stoamte de tip anomocitic; epiderma dezvoltă peri tectori şi glandular; ţesutul mecanic de tip colenchimatic şi sclerenchimatic prezent în lamină şi peţiol. Compuşii fenilpropanic de tip C6-C3 din anghinarie au fost studiaţi. Prezenţa acizilor clorogenic şi cafeic a fost determinată prin metoda cromatografică în strat subţire. Totalul compuşilor fenilpropanici a fost determinat spectrofotometric (0,241–0,348 mg/ml).
