Over the last 8 years (1999-2007), 50 children with posttraumatic and burn scars, aged 4 to 18 years, had been treated surgically at the National Center for Thermal Lesions from Moldova. Out of them, in 47 children with burn cicatricial defects and 3 children with posttraumatic consequences was applied tissular expansion technique. There had been operate d12 children with alopecia (3 cases after burns and 9 after traumas), in 3 children – cervical contracture of II–III degrees, 28 defects and posttraumatic and burn stiffness of upper and lower limbs, 3 cases with massive defects on abdomen and trunk, and 1 patient with massive lesions on the back. Good results had been obtained in 43 children, average in 3 cases, and poor results in 2 patients in whom were seen marginal necrosis of the expanded tissue and burst of the expander.
Pe parcursul ultimilor 8 ani (1999−2007) în Centrul Republican de Leziuni Termice din R.Moldova au beneficiat de tratament chirurgical 50 de copii cu sechele cicatriceale posttraumatice şi postcombustionale în vârstă de la 4 pînă la 18 ani. Din ei la 47 copii cu defecte cicatriceale postcombustionale şi la 3 copii cu defecte posttraumatice, s-a aplicat metoda de expansiune tisulară. Au fost operaţi 12 copii cu alopeţii (3-posttraumatice şi 9-postcombustionale), contracturi în regiunea gîtului de gr. ΙΙ-ΙΙΙ -3 copii, defecte şi redori posttraumatice şi postcombustionale a membrelor superioare şi inferioare - 28, a abdomenului, pieptului de dimensiuni massive - 3, a spatelui -1. Rezultate bune au fost primite la 43 copii, satisfăcătoare la 5, nesatisfăcătoare la 2 pacienţi-necroză marginală a ţesutului expandat şi spargerea expanderului. |
