Managementul statusului epileptic la copii – 10 ani de experienţă

Abstract

The sentence presents the results of a prospective study which included 172 children with status epilepticus, who had been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Research Institute of Mother and Child Health Care over the period of 10 years. There were analyzed data regarding the comparative efficiency of the treatment protocols according to the consciousness impairment severity of the patient and the underlying disease which caused status epilepticus development.

Lucrarea reprezintă rezultatele unui studiu prospectiv pe un lot de 172 copii în status epileptic, trataţi în secţia reanimare şi terapie intensivă al ICŞOSMşiC pe parcursul a 10 ani. Au fost analizate eficienţa comparativă a schemelor de tratament în funcţie de gradul dereglării conştienţei pacientului şi maladia de bază care a indus dezvoltarea statusului epileptic. Aplicarea metodelor contemporane în tratamentul statusului epileptic are efect benefic asupra scăderii invalidităţii şi letalităţii populaţiei infantile din R.Moldova.
