Aspectul computer tomografic în diagnosticul cancerului renal

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to present the diagnostic criteria and the tomography techniques for examination of patients with renal cancer. Computerized tomography is superior in determining the stage of the tumour process, the affection of the perirenal space and the Gerota fascia, of tumor calcifies, in presence of adenopathies and neoplastic thrombus extension to the vascular renal pedicle for establishing the treatment tactic. Scopul lucrării este de a prezenta criteriile diagnostice şi tehnicile tomografice pentru examinarea pacienţilor cu cancer renal. Computer tomografia este net superioară pentru determinarea stadiului procesului tumoral, a interesării spaţiului pererenal şi fasciei Gerote, a calcifierelor tumorale, prezenţa adenopatiilor şi a extinderii trombilor neoplazici în pediculul vascular renal, pentru a stabili tactica de tratament.
