Tuberculoza organelor respiratorii: particularităţile de tratament la gravide

Abstract

Summary. The treatment of tuberculosis of the respiratory organs in pregnant and post-partum women is a difficult problem for both obstetricians and phthisiologists. This is determined by the peculiarities of the antituberculous treatment including its safety and influence upon the foetal and maternal organisms and that of the newborn. The article is a review of worldwide current medical literature discussing study and research data on the peculiarities of tuberculosis treatment in pregnant and post-partum women.

Rezumat. Tratamentul tuberculozei organelor respiratorii la femeile gravide şi lăuze constituie o problemă dificilă atât pentru obstetricieni cât şi ftiziatri. Ea este determinată de particularităţile influenţei şi siguranţa terapiei antituberculoase asupra organismului fetal, matern şi al nou-născutului. Articolul dat prezintă o sinteză a datelor recente din literatura mondială, care analizează cercetări şi studii consacrate particularităţilor de tratament la gravide şi lăuze cu tuberculoza organelor respiratorii.
