Noutăţi legislative pentru profesia de farmacist

Abstract

Rezumat. Legislaţia, care prezintă interes pentru profesia de farmacist în România, este într-o continuă schimbare. Ultima perioadă de timp a adus în acest sens modificări și completări ale legislaţiei noastre, unele din acestea datorându-se și perioadei pandemice pe care o traversăm cu toţii. Printre noutăţile legislative putem menţiona: • activităţile de – măsurare a unor parametri biologici; • efectuarea de teste în scop de diagnostic și administrarea de vaccinuri, în condiţiile stabilite prin ordin al Ministrului Sănătăţii; • introducerea și definirea serviciilor farmaceutice; • activitatea de testare în farmacii comunitare și oficine comunitare rurale, utilizând teste antigenice rapide pentru diagnosticarea infecţiei cu SARS-CoV-2.

Summary. The legislation of interest to the pharmacist profession in Romania is constantly changing. The last period of time has brought changes and additions to our legislation, some of which are due to the pandemic period we are all going through. Among the legislative novelties we can mention: activities of - measurement of biological parameters; • testing for diagnosis and administration of vaccines, under the conditions established by order of the Minister of Health; • introduction and definition of pharmaceutical services; • testing activity in community pharmacies and offices using rapid antigenic tests to diagnose SARS-CoV-2 infection.
