INTRODUCERE
Afecţiunile reumatismale reprezintă cea mai
frecventă formă de boală cronică, fiind principala
cauză de reducere a mobilităţii și a doua cauză de
limitare a activităţii profesionale [1, 2].
SCOPUL LUCRĂRII
Cerceta siguranţa tratamentului antiinflamator
prescris bolnavilor cu afecţiuni reumatismale.
MATERIAL ȘI METODE
Studiul s-a desfășurat pe o durată de 6 luni. Lotul
de studiu a fost format din 45 pacienţi, cu vârsta cuprinsă între 20 și 70 de ani.
REZULTATE ȘI DISCUŢII
Toţi subiecţii introduși în studiu au acuzat la prezentare durere lombară cronică, dintre care un procent de 14,5% au prezentat și alte dureri asociate.
Majoritatea subiecţilor s-a prezentat la al treilea
episod dureros (78,6%). Antiinflamatoarele nesteroidiene (AINS) sunt cea mai numeroasă clasă de
medicamente cu acţiune unitară – inhibarea ciclooxigenazei (COX), enzima-cheie în sinteza prostaglandinelor. S-au semnalat multe reacţii adverse la
administrarea antiinflamatoarelor neselective. În
urma studiului efectuat, s-a constatat, că diclofenac
a provocat mai des arsuri retorsternale (65%), dureri
epigastrice (32%), greţuri (11%), și erupţii cutanate
(17%). La ketoprofen, efectele adverse au constat în
arsuri retrosternale (72%), dureri epigastrice (37%),
greţuri (19%), vomă (2%), diaree (8%) și erupţii cutanate (13%). În cadrul tratamentului cu nimesulid
s-au determinat: gust amar în gură (32%), dureri sub
rebordul costal drept (14%), dureri în epigastru (17%).
La meloxicam, efectele adverse se rezumă la erupţii cutanate (21%) și umflarea gleznelor (18%). La 7%
pacienţi s-au determinat erupţii cutanate, acestea
fiind în special la bolnavii cu anamneză alergologică pozitivă, care nu tolerează medicamentele antiinflamatoare neselective.
CONCLUZII
La administrarea preparatelor antiinflamatoare
neselective s-au determinat mai frecvent dereglări
gastrointestinale și reacţii alergice, pe când la administrarea celor selective, s-au constatat mai puţine
efecte adverse, dintre care gust amar în gură, dureri
sub rebordul costal drept, erupţii cutanate și umflarea gleznelor.
INTRODUCTION
Rheumatic diseases are the most common form

of antiinflammatory treatment prescribed to patients with rheumatic diseases.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
The study lasted 6 months. The study group consisted of 45 patients, aged between 20 and 70 years.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
All patients introduced in the study complained
of chronic low back pain, of which 14.5% had other
associated pain. Most patients presented with a third painful episode (78.6%). Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the most numerous class
of drugs with unitary action - inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX), the key enzyme in the synthesis
of prostaglandins. The study found that diclofenac
more often caused retorsternal burns (65%), epigastric pain (32%), nausea (11%), and rash (17%). With
ketoprofen, side effects consisted of retrosternal
burns (72%), epigastric pain (37%), nausea (19%),
vomiting (2%), diarrhea (8%) and rash (13%). During
treatment with nimesulide were determined: bitter
taste in the mouth (32%), pain below the right costal
rim (14%), pain in the epigastrium (17%). With meloxicam, adverse effects are limited to rash (21%) and
swelling of the ankles (18%). In 7% of patients, rashes
were determined, especially in patients with a positive allergic history, who do not tolerate nonselective antiinflammatory drugs.
CONCLUSIONS
Gastrointestinal disorders and allergic reactions
were more common with nonselective antiinflammatory drugs, while fewer side effects were found
with selective antiinflammatory drugs, including
bitter taste in the mouth, pain under the right costal
rim, rash and swelling. ankles.
