Rolul mioglobinei serice în evoluţia clinică a uropatiilor malformative la copii

Abstract

The authors present the results of estimation of Myoglobin in the blood serum in 118 patients aged of 0-3 years with congenital malformations of reno-urinary system admitted to the National Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Surgery „Natalia Gheorghiu”. The levels of these biochemical markers may be used as a diagnostic criterion in assessing the degree of activity of the disease process and prognosis of the disease.

Lucrarea analizează un lot de 118 pacienţi în vârstă de 0-3 ani cu malformaţii congenitale ale sistemului reno-urinar, admişi în Centrul Naţional Ştiinţifico-practic de Chirurgie Pediatrică „Natalia Gheorghiu”. Estimând Mioglobina în serul sanguin la pacienţii luaţi în studiu autorii aduc argumente şi ajung la concluzia că markerul biochimic dat poate avea valoare diagnostică în evaluarea evoluţiei şi pronosticului în uropatiile malformative la copii.
