Chisturile neparazitare ale splinei la copii

Abstract

On the base of literature data the authors presents a review of the problem of non parasitic spleen cysts; the classification, clinical picture, diagnostic and treatment aspects are highlighted. Concomitantly, the results of the original morphologic study of the spleens of 10 children with primary congenital lienal cysts are elucidated. In conclusion is mentioned that the election of conservative or surgical tactics in the management of non parasitic spleen cysts depends on the size and localization of the cyst, and partial or total splenectomy still remains the main option in the treatment of lineal cysts in children.

În baza datelor literaturii de specialitate autorii prezintă o trecere în revista a problemei chisturilor lienale neparazitare, fiind specificate aspectele ce ţin de clasificare, tabloul clinic, de diagnostic şi tratament, sunt elucidate rezultatele unui studiu morfologic pe 10 cazuri de chisturilor congenitale primare ale splinei la copii. În concluzie este menţionat că tactica terapeutică sau chirurgicală în managementul formaţiunilor chistice neparazitare ale splinei rămâne în funcţie de localizarea şi dimensiunile chistului, iar splenectomia parţială sau totală este, în continuare, considerată drept opţiunea de bază în tratamentul chisturilor lienale la copil.
