NASH is a currently an acute problem of hepatology, because of the high incidence,
diagnostic difficulties and the possibility of disease progression. The aim of the paper was to
study systems of lipid peroxidation and antioxidants in patients with NASH. Results
demonstrated a truthful increase of the malonic dialdehyde serum level and truthful and low total
antioxidant activity with an accurate correlation with the main clinical symptoms (disease
duration, hepatomegaly), laboratory data (ALT, AST activity, triglycerides, total cholesterol,
blood sugar ) in patients with NASH.
Steatohepatita nonalcoolică (SHNA) reprezintă o problemă actuală a hepatologiei, datorită
incidenţei înalte, dificultăţilor de diagnostic şi posibilitatea de progresare a maladiei. Scopul
lucrării a fost studierea sistemelor de peroxidare lipidică şi antioxidant la pacienţii cu SHNA.
Rezultatele au demonstrat un nivel seric veridic crescut al dialdehidei malonice şi un nivel
veridic scăzut al activităţii antioxidante totale, cu o corelaţie veridică cu principalele simptome
clinice (durata bolii, hepatomegalia), datele de laborator (activitatea AlAt, AsAt, trigliceride,
colesterol total, glicemie) la pacienţii cu SHNA.
