Manifestările clinice în raport cu datele paraclinice şi etiopatogenice în pancreatita cronică cu recidive

Abstract

Chronic pancreatitis (CP) holds a special place among the gastrointestinal diseases due to the diverse etiology, complicated pathogenesis, difficulties in diagnosis and treatment. This article describes the factors involved in producing of the disease, the clinical manifestations of recurrent CP expressed by moderately- intense dolor syndrome, dyspeptic symptoms and impaired exo- and endocrine functions. Paraclinical indices and optimal methods of diagnosis of CP were evaluated in this study.

Pancreatita cronică (PC) ocupă un loc deosebit în rândul maladiilor gastrointestinale datorită etiologiei diverse, patogenezei complicate, dificultăţilor de diagnostic şi tratament. Acest articol descrie factorii implicaţi în patogenia bolii, manifestările clinice ale PC cu recidive, exprimate prin sindrom dolor moderat- intens, simptoame dispeptice şi dereglări ale funcţiilor exo- şi endocrine. În acest studiu au fost evaluaţi indicii paraclinici şi metodele optimale de diagnostic ale PC.
