Sindromul Stevens-Johnson indus de medicamente

Abstract

Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a clinical cutaneous-mucosal syndrome consisting of appearance of macules, erythematous papules, vesicles, bullae, plaque in various stages of development, associated with severe intoxication and dysfunction of all organs and systems. This rare syndrome sometimes induced as side effects of drugs is a danger to the patient’s life.

Sindromul Stevens-Johnson reprezintă un sindrom clinic cutaneo-mucos care constă în apariţia de macule, papule eritematoase, vezicule, bule, placarde în diverse stadii de evoluţie, asociată cu intoxicaţie gravă şi alternarea funcţiilor tuturor organelor şi sistemelor. Acest sindrom indus uneori de medicamente se întâlneşte rareori, însă este o reacţie adversă severă ce prezintă pericol pentru viaţa pacientului.
