Abstract:
In patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma can occur synchronous tumors, in the first year of
the disease, and metachronous tumors, that develop in more than a year after the treatment. The
secondary synchronous tumors are more common in adult and old age males, diagnosed with
Hodgkin’s lymphoma, while the metachronous tumors have a higher rate of occurrence in more
young females. The mixtcellular forms of tumors can be observed on all patients. The
metachronous tumors are mostly revealed in the stage IIA, and secondary synchronous tumors
are discovered in the stage IIB. The majority of the patients with secondary tumors were given
combined chemo- and radiotherapy, in order to induce the remission of the Hodgkin’s
lymphoma. After the Hodgkin’s lymphoma was treated in the background of complete remission
of the disease,in about 11 to 20 years period the secondary metachronous tumors often
diagnosed. All the secondary tumors were aggressive and manifested high resistance to
therapies.
La pacienţii cu limfomul Hodgkin pot apărea atât tumori sincrone in primul an de boală,
cât şi tumori metacrone, care se dezvoltă în timp mai mult de un an, după tratament. Tumorile
secundare sincrone mai mult se observă la bărbaţi de vârsta adultă şi înaintată, diagnosticaţi cu
limfomul Hodgkin, iar cele metacrone se întâlnesc mai des la femei de vârstă mai tânără. La toţi
bolnavii se observă varianta mixtcelulară. Bolnavii cu tumori secundare metacrone mai des se
depistează în stadiul IIA a bolii, iar cei cu tumori secundare sincrone se depistează în stadiul IIB.
Majoritatea bolnavilor cu tumori secundare a primit tratament combinat chimio-radioterapic, cu
scop de inducere al remisiunii limfomului Hodgkin. Cel mai des tumorile secundare metacrone
s-au depistat în timp de la 11 până la 20 şi mai mulţi ani, după diagnosticarea cu limfomul
Hodgkin şi s-au dezvoltat, de obicei, pe fonul remisiunii complete a bolii. Toate tumorile
secundare au decurs agresiv şi au manifestat rezistenţă sporită la terapie.
