Actualităţi în studierea limfoamelor non-Hodgkin indolente

Abstract

This article describes the modern issues in the study of indolent non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL) that during a long period of time evolve asymptomatically, which determines that they are occasionally identified, usually at the generalized stages. The clinical and morphological signs of indolent NHL are more or less similar thus creating difficulties in determining the variants of these lymphomas and requires their identification by applying immunohistochemical methods. In the literature, the clinical manifestations of the indolent NHL age generally described without highlighting the clinical and hematological peculiarities of each variant. In order to more rationally select the monoclonal antibodies for the immunohistochemical investigation, of great importance are the clinical-hematological and immunohistochemical comparative studies.

În articol se discută probleme actuale în studierea LNH indolente, care timp îndelungat evoluează asimptomatic, din care cauză ele deseori sunt depistate ocazional, de obicei, în stadii generalizate. Semnele clinice şi morfologice ale LNH indolente sunt în mare măsură similare ce crează dificultăţi în determinarea variantelor acestor limfoame, ce necesită identificarea lor prin utilizarea metodelor imunohistochimice. Manifestările clinice ale LNH indolente în literatură sunt descrise la general fără evidenţierea particularităţilor clinico-hematologice a fiecărei variante. În scopul selectării mai raţională a anticorpilor monoclonali pentru investigarea imunohistochimică sunt importante studii comparative clinico-hematologice şi imunohistochimice.
